USAGE
To determine the force, tensile resistance, elongation and tensile energy absorption (TEA) in paper, board, tissue or other materials.
DEVICE DESCRIPTION
This tensile tester is intuitive and easy to operate via touchscreen and clear control buttons. The software is configured with the standards acc ISO, ASTM and DIN and customized configurations are possible. It comes with one load cell (on customers choice) and the customer can choose manual or pneumatical clamping version. There are separate Start/Stop buttons for easy use and control. The maximum distance between the clamps is 300 mm and the test speed is adjustable from 0.2 to 330 mm/min. The unit has a RS-232 using ASCII and super high-speed binary mode, USB and Ethernet RJ45 10/100 connector for maintenance work and printer connection. All the parameters like testing speed, testing length, breaking and pre-load levels can be adjusted individually.
